The central location was the one good thing about this stay, but it couldn’t make up for the rest. The room felt old and noisy, and the bed was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was poor, and although we paid for it, the takeaway breakfast for our early flight wasn’t ready as agreed. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I’ve stayed in MANY 3-star and 4-star hotels, and this was my worst experience, even though the staff were very friendly. Watch out for an extra 21% tax added to the Booking.com price, even though the booking says tax is included. On arrival, you also have to fill in a long web form on your own phone with everyone’s details, including the children. I don’t recommend it.

The management spoke to us very rudely when we asked for a late checkout. Even for one extra hour, they wanted to charge 50% of a night. The lifts were noisy all night, and the towels and bathrobes were very old. There are plenty of other hotels in the area, so I’d choose somewhere else.

The rooms and the rest of the hotel were really clean, and the staff were consistently kind and ready to help. Breakfast was the typical Argentine sweet kind. We’d have liked an option such as homemade granola or more fresh fruit, but they were happy to prepare things off the menu, like boiled eggs. It’s a great hotel near the main square, and we’d definitely return to Salta.

The bedroom was very clean, and the hotel is in a great location. The staff were lovely and went out of their way to help us during our stay. Definitely recommend it!
