He was friendly, but the owner never told me there was construction going on in the apartment next door, and it was a nightmare. I had to leave early and find somewhere else. Even with all that trouble, he charged me the small amount I still owed for the night I stayed. He should at least have waived it. I wouldn't recommend the place. Parking is at least 600 meters away.

The beds were warm and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and comfortable too. The kitchen and dining area were adequate, but there's room for more kitchen supplies: dish towels, more dishes and utensils, including a grater, pitcher, and colander. In very cold weather, the master bedroom also needs another heat source. The electric stovetop is weak, so cooking for a family is difficult. Whether the apartment works for you depends on how long you're staying and how much you plan to cook.

Alejandro and Pablo were always helpful, and the cleaning lady was incredibly kind and attentive. I can't remember her name, but whenever we saw her she'd ask if we needed anything or if everything was all right. Our large family rented three apartments, and they were all comfortable. The location is close to the center, with everything easy to get to. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! Hope they keep it up.

After long days out on excursions, this was a comfortable, nice place to come back to and sleep. The owner was super attentive whenever we asked for something during our stay in his apartment. I'd recommend it, and we'd definitely choose it again on our next trip to Salta.
