The room was bright, spacious, very clean, and had a comfortable bed. The arrival was okay. Staff were friendly and professional. Lizzy at breakfast and Cristian at the Bar made us feel especially welcome. The location works well for walking around Downtown Salta. We’ll definitely come back.

The staff made the whole stay superb and were the best I’ve encountered in the Argentinian Northwest. I’ve been all around the region. Héctor, Fernanda and Abigail really stood out for making us feel welcome. The room had a gorgeous view, but sadly the bed was an uncomfortable regular queen instead of the King size we’d requested. The pillows had the same issue. Still, the best Sheraton around the up North of Argentina. Thanks to the staff, and congratulations!

We spent one night here and were really pleased with the service, rooms, and location. The porter, whose name we can’t remember, was friendly and helpful even though he knew we didn’t have cash for a tip. Reception staff were very friendly too.

We got free breakfast and afternoon tea (merienda), along with access to the club lounge, thanks to our gold membership. We were also upgraded to a large, modern top-floor room with a city view. Tea included a sandwich, fruit salad, and brownie, while breakfast was decent. The pool looked nice, though we didn’t use it, and the gym had plenty of equipment and good space. We first parked on the street, then moved into one of the hotel’s free forecourt spots. The stay exceeded expectations.
