Crystal Hotel

For the price, the location is great. The room was fine, but the bathroom felt really dated and a little gross.

After a full day out exploring, this is a comfortable place to come back to for a short stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the receptionists are polite and really friendly. It's right downtown beside the pedestrian area, so the location is a big plus.

The location made getting around easy, with a taxi stand right across the street and two busy pedestrian streets nearby. Our room had a huge, comfortable double bed, cable TV, a minibar, and air conditioning. Breakfast was included every day, and for the first four days, when we had excursions, they let us come early. It was the full breakfast, which felt like a real luxury. We stayed eight nights and were comfortable the whole time. The room and bathroom were cleaned daily, and the staff were consistently respectful and friendly. Ramón was especially warm and friendly, and we want to congratulate him again on his retirement. We hope he has a lovely send-off. Thanks as well to the night and afternoon shift workers for all their help and support. We're very satisfied and grateful, and would choose the hotel again if we return. Thank you, thank you, thank you 🙏🙏🙏

Arriving to such a warm welcome made a real difference. Javier at reception was friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The hotel was very comfortable, and we had a wonderful stay. Thank you!
