Cool place, but it isn't clean.

We stayed for 8 nights and used the hotel as a base for exploring parts of Salta as well as for work. The internet worked very well, which was a big plus. The hotel was clean and well equipped, and they let us bring our pet. There was Netflix on the TV too. A pleasant stay.

The location was great, but we were freezing in the low temperatures because the heating didn't work and neither did the air conditioning. There was only one very thin blanket. When we asked about getting the heating fixed, nobody replied.

It's a very nice, comfortable apartment and almost centrally located. I couldn't watch Netflix because the TVs need updating. They should also answer messages faster, as replies take a long time.

Great location, close to the restaurant district, and it's a very nice place. But the service is poor and intrusive. There are cameras at the entrance and on every floor, plus keypad entry sensors at the entrance and in every room. It feels like they know your every move. Unacceptable. There's no air conditioning in the room, they don't provide spare paper towels, and there isn't a mate gourd. The TV remotes worked. The location deserves a higher rating.
