The service and welcome were adequate, and I did tell them we were unhappy. The real deal-breaker was the lack of hygiene in both the room and bathroom. The facilities are very poor and there's no ventilation. That's a limitation of the building, although I don't think it should be open. We lost more than money, we lost the peace of mind of having a room booked for an extra-long weekend. Luckily we found another one, so it's in the past. I hope this helps them improve, or helps others know what they're booking.

The location is the one good thing, which is why I gave it 2 stars. The service was terrible, the room smelled musty, and I could hear everything. I couldn't sleep. Extremely expensive for what it offers.
