We were on the second floor, and the view from room 108 was awful. The website photos are really misleading, and I wish we could share what it actually looked like. Breakfast was just two slices of bread, two croissants, and coffee and tea in a bag. At 73, carrying all our heavy suitcases up the stairs was difficult. We had to call for room service, and they don’t clean the room unless you ask. The shower was small and had a plastic curtain.

The garden and pool were immaculate, as were the hallways and stairs, with plants that made the place feel like home. The car felt very secure in the garage. It’s also well located, with shops nearby and an easy walk of about 10 blocks to the center and its sights. The room was very comfortable and clean, with a spectacular shower, bed, coat rack, and safe.
