Dinner had plenty to choose from and was good, and there was a nice range of wine. The dining room looks out over the mountains. Our room was modern, new, and comfortable, and the whole place felt like the cleanest and most up-to-date spot in town. The proprietor was so kind and did everything he could to make our stay enjoyable. With the view, food, comfortable lodging, and such a great host, I’d happily stay here again.

After hours riding through dirt and mud on our motorcycles, we arrived soaked and filthy. They welcomed us warmly, gave us great service, and even supplied gear so we could clean the bikes. There’s a full kitchen with a chef, and we were offered several entrees. The food was delicious and came out on time. They also have wine and beer. Recommended.

Alexis greeted us at Hotel Altos de la Puna with real enthusiasm and kindness after we ran into payment problems at the hotel where we first checked in during our stop in San Antonio de los Cobres on the way to Cachi. We decided to stay, and he offered us a choice of dinner dishes. We went out to eat because there were very few places in town, then came back to the hotel. My chicken and salad were absolutely delicious, and breakfast was too. The sheets, towels, and bed were spotless and smelled lovely, and everything was very clean. It was a very pleasant stay. If you need to stop here, don't hesitate. Thank you! 😊

Everyone was very friendly, and the service was really good. The hotel is close to the church and artisan market, and they serve breakfast and lunch. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and it was good value for an overnight stay in San Antonio de los Cobres.
