The staff, especially Sofi, Mateo, and Matías, were a real highlight despite the problems. The building is very good, with an excellent location and a spectacular view. Room cleaning was the weakest point: over five days they didn't sweep or change the bed linens. Parking is another major downside. Being in the city center near the Bingo hall, nearby spots are hard to find unless you get lucky and find one of the few spaces in front of the hotel. The breakfast room has a spectacular view, but the glass facade makes it too hot and there's no air conditioning.

The room was nice, and the king-size bed was heavenly. They provide towels, and in summer they offer two cleaning shifts, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. The only thing I'd change is the lighting in the room and bathroom. Sunlight makes it very bright during the day, but at night the lighting isn't as good. Everything else was fine and just what you'd expect from a hotel this size. I'd definitely come back.

The housekeeping was good and breakfast was very good, which is a shame because the hotel itself is very nice, but some details would keep me from returning. I traveled with my wife and our six-month-old baby, and there was no crib. There was nowhere to sit on the balcony with a coffee or mate while looking at the sea, and the safe was broken. They offer bar service, but the person making drinks didn't seem to know how. We ordered lemonade and a mojito, neither was made well, and they weren't unusual orders. I raised these three issues, but no solutions were offered.

We stayed five days as a family over the October 2025 holiday weekend and never needed the car. The hotel is right on the beach and a block from the center, with affordable prices and a very comfortable, cozy double room. Its full bathroom was excellent, and the breakfast had a good range of options. Service, cleanliness, and the personal attention were outstanding. Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially Sofia, who took care of check-in and check-out. An excellent beachfront hotel in San Bernardo, highly recommended. We'll definitely return.
