They sorted out a problem with our room really quickly after I reported it, moving us to another room and fixing the issue. The staff were great, especially customer support, which was 10/10. A really good spot for a beach weekend.

The location was the only thing I liked. The elevator felt dangerous: it shut with someone caught in the middle, and we couldn't get it open either by pushing the buttons or trying to force it. Our room had a stale, musty smell, and when we arrived there weren't any towels. We asked for them that afternoon, had to ask twice, and they brought only two for three people. There were no face towels either, so we had to go back for another towel to use in the shower. One of the towels had a rust stain. Then I found a used bar of soap stuck to the bathtub floor when I went to shower, which made it seem like the room hadn't been cleaned. We stayed just one night and left very disappointed. I feel we paid far more than the stay was worth.
