El Parque

We were there for two nights, and the reception staff were friendly the whole time. The beds were really comfortable, and the hot water was great, though the bathroom was tiny. There was no raised edge by the shower, so the floor got a little wet. Breakfast was yogurt with cereal and two croissants each. The croissants were delicious, but the toast was hard. We skipped the coffee with milk because reviews said it tasted like tap water. We didn't eat breakfast there on our departure day, but asked to take the croissants they'd given us. They kindly wrapped them up and even added one extra. It was fine for a couple of days. Recommended.

They made a lasting impression on us, and we'll definitely be back. We loved the hotel and will miss it. We felt comfortable and relaxed, right at home. It's impeccably clean, close to everything, and the staff are incredibly friendly. Breakfast was delicious 😋, especially the hot chocolate my son loves, haha. When my little boy had an accident, they were so kind and helpful, even taking us to the emergency room. We're very grateful. “Thank you” doesn't feel like enough, and we hope we were good guests. 🫶🏻

The staff deserve every star. Everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive, and they let us use the dining room to eat and drink mate. They made our stay feel very comfortable, like home. Thank you so much! ❤️ We hadn't expected so much given the number of stars. The place is comfortable, the bathroom is lovely with great water pressure, the hotel is exceptionally clean, and the location is excellent. But the best part was the service from everyone.

We had a wonderful time, thanks for having us. We'll keep this hotel in mind for our next visit! The staff were welcoming and friendly, and we especially appreciated how clean both the rooms and common areas were. One breakfast suggestion: it would be nice to have a flourless option, like fruit. Better internet coverage in the rooms would also help. The hotel is very, very nice!
