The value for money was really good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is incredible. They also arranged a good deal for a 24-hour parking lot two or three blocks away, where the service was superb too. Google calls it a three-star hotel, but it falls well short of that rating. For the price, though, it was very good.

The curly-haired woman at reception was unfriendly. Maybe she should find a job she feels more passionate about.

It's a basic hotel, but clean and comfortable, just off the main square. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. My only issue was the lift: it's noisy, vibrates the building, and its manual doors slam hard enough to disturb your sleep.

The facilities were generally good, and the woman who welcomed us was remarkably warm. I couldn't rest, though. From our room we could hear everything outside, people coming and going at all hours, talking, laughing, and making loud noises. It woke me up repeatedly when I needed sleep to continue my trip. They should add weatherstripping or something to keep so much noise out. Otherwise, it was a good hotel.

The staff were always friendly and ready to help, and the room was clean, with comfortable beds, a full bathroom, and good Wi-Fi. Breakfast is served at the Social Club, less than a block away across from the square. The location is right in the heart of San Juan: 20 meters from the main square and Rivadavia pedestrian street, a block from the cathedral, five blocks from the Sarmiento Birthplace Museum, 1000 meters from the Civic Center, 1600 meters from the bus terminal and Parque de Mayo, and 14 kilometers from the airport. There are plenty of restaurants, pizzerias, and cafes within 200 meters. [January 2026]
