Civico Art Hotel

Nice place, but you can hear people from one room to another :(

Good.

It's new and affordable, with spacious, well-equipped rooms. I especially liked that there was no carpet. Breakfast was average. My only gripe is that there's no restaurant open in the evening for when you don't want to eat out.

The rest of the stay was great, and the rooms were very comfortable, but the hotel is a strange setup. When you arrive, it looks like a brewery, with a huge brewery sign and a tiny hotel sign. The destination is awful. The room could also use a closet instead of just a small wardrobe, and it's missing a nightstand. Breakfast was a mess. The staff weren't helpful, the tables were dirty, and the trays were empty while staff played on their phones or ate instead of working. They treated us badly, which was a shame. Another odd thing: they said they'd give me a free late check-out if there was availability, then refused, saying they didn't need the room. It's a shame they don't take better care of their guests.
