We had a very peaceful few days here, and I would gladly come back. I was with my son, and the staff were lovely, always ready to help or share the information we needed. The place is beautiful, very clean, and the facilities were comfortable and worked perfectly. The price is quite reasonable, too. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the pool was spotless. There's parking on the property. It's six blocks from the city center, an easy walk, and the neighborhood felt pleasant and not unsafe at all. Paula Di Santo from La Rioja - Capital

Room 1 was the one problem. Street noise and the sound of people coming into the hotel carried so clearly that it felt like they were in the room. I'd avoid that room next time. Otherwise, the service was friendly and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The rest was very good.

In San Juan, this is a reasonably priced place to stay. The pool is nice, and it's not far from the city center.

Really good service and a great atmosphere. It's close to the center, but quiet enough to relax.

Caution, it's been closed for three months. The manager was extremely rude, even aggressive. They should remove the sign, since it misleads people and wastes their time. A very bad experience, I wouldn't recommend it at all.
