La Posada Hotel

The rooms were clean and had heating, but the noise from other guests was awful. People were shouting and going up and down the stairs until 2:30 in the morning. One couple and their child had no manners at all. When my husband told the manager, she just said, "That's just how people are." We've stayed at lots of hotels with signs asking guests to respect quiet hours. They should enforce those rules more.

I had a terrible experience. At arrival, they asked for a payment method that nobody had told me about, and the confusion led to very poor treatment. They banged on my door, told me to leave and abandon the room, and sent threatening WhatsApp messages saying things like, "Send me your ID now" and "Leave the room right now." The service was awful and showed no respect for guests. I don't recommend this place at all.

We always stay here. It's quiet, reasonably priced, has a garage, and is close to the bus terminal. Excellent, highly recommended.

We arrived in San Juan on February 22nd in sweltering summer heat and found a cool room with air conditioning that worked perfectly. The bed was comfortable after a long journey, and the bathroom's excellent water pressure added to the relaxing feel of this centrally located place. I highly recommend it.
