Parque Apart Hotel

It was ok.

I thought everything was excellent until two days ago, when my opinion changed completely. The kitchen staff, breakfast, and cleaning had all been perfect, and the view is wonderful. But at 10:40 AM on the day I was supposed to leave, Julian at reception banged on my door and treated me abusively. He told me to get out because cyclists were arriving and they needed to keep making money. Those were his exact words. I agreed to leave 14 hours later because I was bleeding very heavily and had an appointment with my gynecologist at 2:30 PM to see if she could stop it. Julian said, "What happens to you is none of my business! I know all forms of violence." It's disgraceful and heartbreaking that one of the owners, Dr. Yanzon, would allow an employee to treat a guest this way, with so little humanity. He even called the police because he didn't like the rating.

The pool is large, and the huge park is a great place to spend the day. There are shaded barbecue grills, too. The rooms are comfortable, with good beds and linens, plus a small kitchenette with a refrigerator and dishes. All the staff provided excellent service. The location is great, about 10-15 minutes from the city center, with easy access from the main roads. The airport is 20 minutes away. If you're going to San Juan, don't hesitate.

It's an affordable stay at a very reasonable price, and I'd definitely come back. The rooms are comfortable and have what you need for a good night's sleep, even if they're not luxurious. There's a separate kitchen, plus a large patio and pool. The location is excellent, near the main square and tourist attractions.
