There’s plenty of clean shared space, small lockers for valuables, and the bus terminal is about a 15 minute walk away. The beds need attention. My mattress wasn’t flat, and the beds squeaked a lot. I’m allergic to dogs, so I asked whether the dog went into the rooms and was told it didn’t. It never came into my room, but I still had an allergic reaction. When I asked to move, they gave me a room farther back that worked fine. I just wish they’d offered it right away. Maybe I was unlucky, but one afternoon no one answered the bell or phone when I needed to get in. I eventually found you can open the door yourself through the window.

The owner was really nice, and the employee was great. The place has two bathrooms with toilets, which are fine, and the kitchen has everything you need. Towels and soap aren’t supplied. There’s a rooftop, a TV, and eating areas both indoors and outside. The decor still isn’t finished. The location is good, though 1500 pesos for a dorm bed felt a bit expensive.

Hot showers and big lockers, and it was cheap. The place was old and dirty, the Wi-Fi was poor, there was no off-street parking, and breakfast was bad. Not sure there are many other choices in town.

A warm feel and a great location. The room was spacious, and there was hot water.
