The room itself was fine and the bed was comfortable, and we slept well. Still, the place has a strange feel to it. I couldn't tell whether it was meant to be a hotel, a hostel, or something else. There was a nice patio, but guests couldn't use it, and we weren't allowed to eat in our room. They even charged for water to make mate, which felt odd when there wasn't water available to heat it. The air conditioning barely worked, more like a fan, and the shower had no showerhead, so water ended up all over the bathroom. The woman checking us in seemed completely overworked, and it looked like she was being exploited. There also seemed to be some kind of nursing home or assisted living place upstairs. I found it expensive for what we got, and asking for photos of every guest's ID seemed ridiculous. We won't be back.

The room was comfortable enough for one night, though it was dark and the window looked straight at a wall. We were put in a dim hallway lined with rooms and couldn't get into the rest of the house. The photos had made me expect a garden and dining room. It worked for a single night, but I wouldn't come back.

There isn't much here beyond a bed. No kitchen or fridge, and the TV is a little CRT. The showers are only so-so, and although the photos show a patio and grill, guests can't use them. Terrible.

For the price, this was very good value, and the owners provided excellent service. Our room had air conditioning, its own bathroom, and DirecTV on the TV. There was also a pool, grill, and parking on the property.

From the terminal it's convenient, with two supermarkets nearby, though the center is farther away. The setting feels comfortable and secluded, with mountain views. It's also handy for taking the bus from the terminal to Koslay, Potrero, or other destinations.
