We went for tea on the terrace because the view is amazing, and the tea and food were a 5 out of 5. Coffee was only a 2, though it could be much better. The cat situation was awful: they let the cat onto the tables, including ones with customers sitting there. I don't like cats, and kept having to get up every few minutes to move it from our table. At prices that high, that experience was especially unpleasant.

The apple crumble pie made the visit worthwhile despite the prices being a little high. It's an unexpected little tea house for that location, with a great lake view and a wide tea selection served in a proper afternoon tea style.

I came away with a memorable tea experience with Silvia, Mario and Carlos, and a taste of Patagonian charm I wanted to hold on to. The place is in a perfect spot, with an amazing view, delicious fragrant tea, and pastries that made my mouth water. Don't miss it. Jan, 19th - 2019

We went for the buffet, which had an enormous amount of food and plenty of variety. It was good, but I expected something truly sublime for 82,000 pesos for two people, so I think the food quality and price could be better. The tea, though, was wonderful, and next time I'd probably just order tea and one dish. The history, setting, location, and view make it worth visiting, and the staff were fantastic.
