Cabañas Duplex del Chapelco

Really good location, a nice kitchen, and everything was clean. Best cabana I’ve stayed in!

With 12 friends, I spent one night here in January 2025. We found the price fair for what we got, and the service was friendly. The location worked well too. My cabin’s stairs were very narrow and felt a bit dangerous, but apart from that, everything was great.

For what they charge, the cabin really wasn’t worth it. We went in November and found the complex run down: the toilet had no flush button, the bedroom bedside lamp was missing a bulb, and the curtains were dirty and torn. The hair dryer was burned out, there weren’t enough outlets, the kitchen sink kept clogging, and the remote had no batteries. A complete disaster.

The cabins are lovely and just across the street from the waterfront, so the location is fantastic. What bothered me was finding a used dish sponge and kitchen towels. I think they should be replaced for each new guest, especially since those things don’t cost much.
