The room was very good, with a big bed. I liked the breakfast-in-bed setup, and the room is equipped for it.

We had a booking, but nobody was there when we arrived. We spent an hour out in the cold trying to reach someone, but our calls and texts went unanswered. Eventually the neighbor next door came over and told us it was closed. He called the manager, who answered straight away despite having ignored our calls, and told us to go somewhere else.

The owners are great people. The rooms are great, the swimming pool area is so nice, and room service was perfecto.

Breakfast was below average, and the staff were disrespectful to customers. They also played loud music next to our rooms at 7am.

The staff were friendly, and breakfast was good. The rooms were nice and clean, and there’s a pool.
