The host stays in touch and helps however they can, while still giving you privacy. The facilities are clean, comfortable, and fully equipped, with private parking. The mattresses are comfortable too, and every room has heating and air conditioning. Excellent location.

The price and location were good, and the apartment was large. But cleanliness was really poor. The floors were dirty, the furniture greasy, mirrors splashed, the fridge dirty, and the comforters smelled bad. There were very few dishes, no broom, and the cutlery was broken. It was clearly lived in. The rest left a lot to be desired.

Boris and Patricia are excellent hosts, and the rates are very convenient. The place is fully equipped and makes it easy to reach everywhere, by car or bus, while being close to the center. If you're going to San Rafael, I highly recommend staying here. Don't miss it!

A clean, lovely place in a great location. The owner is very friendly, and it works well for couples or families.
