Thank you, Vane, and thanks to the whole team at Benjamín! Vane even gave us tips on avoiding stains after seeing us arrive painted up with Uquia 🤣🤣. The information everyone gave us helped us enjoy carnival in Jujuy’s different tourist destinations, and we got there perfectly thanks to their directions. The hotel is beyond beautiful. The decor and facilities were spotless, everything was impeccable, and the place was super comfortable. Breakfast was exquisite, and thank you for heating water for my thermos every time I asked 🙏🙏. We’ll be back! May this year bring lots of wonderful things!!!

Walter welcomed us warmly, and the service was excellent throughout. They even offered to set up a table if we ordered delivery that evening. The room seemed almost brand new and was well equipped, with air conditioning, key card entry, a minibar with a refrigerator, and reasonably priced room service. The phone in the room didn’t work, but we found affordable snacks and drinks on arrival, which was a lifesaver. Our one-night stay at the Benjamin I was very good. The reception, hallways, and room all looked well kept and quite new. The hotel has its own uncovered parking beside it, though the surface is unpaved and the entrance a little narrow, so take care in the rain. It’s in a residential area that stays quiet during the day and has little going on at night. A large supermarket and an avenue with several bus stops are a block away. The centre is about 15 blocks, or a 20-minute walk, across the Xibi Xibi River. The window faced an interior courtyard, so the room was quiet. The king-size bed was very comfortable, the carpet helped, and the water pressure was excellent. The bathroom has a modern sink and a bidet integrated into the toilet. The door is frosted glass only halfway up, and depending on the light, you can see through, especially at the edges. That can affect privacy, and might feel awkward if you’re staying with a partner you’re just getting to know. We covered the door with a towel. The shower screen is only half length, so water can get out, and the tiled bathroom floor can be slippery. Even with those issues, we really liked the hotel and would recommend it.

We were just passing through and called a few hotels. Hotel Benjamín 1 picked up quickly, so my wife and I went with it. They gave us a good room, and although there were cheaper options in our budget, we weren’t disappointed. It was clean, tidy, and modern, with air conditioning and hot water. There was a spa and gym too, though we didn’t use either. The staff were friendly and helpful. They pointed us to a great grill called "Ramírez" for dinner and arranged transport to and from the hotel. I also really enjoyed the breakfast. Best regards, and thanks to everyone.

A cricket was in our room from the moment we checked in, and we reported it straight away. It kept us awake every night. We asked to move rooms but were told none were available. We also asked staff to deal with it. The manager herself said it was so loud she couldn’t sleep. During the day, we kept hearing they’d take care of it or already had. At night, when it started chirping again, we were told no staff were available apart from the receptionist, who couldn’t leave the desk. How can a full hotel have just one person on reception who can do nothing but stand there? Terrible service.
