Hotel Casablanca

I paid $90,000 for one night on March 1st, on my own, and for that price I expected a lot more. My room was #11. The bed was rock hard, the pillows were thinner than a cutting board, the TV remote barely worked, and the toilet seat was broken and pinched you. The main door latch was bent and stuck, so I had to push hard from inside to get out and close it. I also had to leave the key at reception the whole time. I know some hotels do that, but I don't like it. The heated pool is supposed to be 29° to 32°C, but I didn't get to try it because I was only there overnight and pool hours are 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. At reception they said parking spaces 1 and 2 were for motorcycles and that I could leave mine there. A car was taking up one and a half spaces. I told reception, but 10 hours later it was still there, so I parked quite close to avoid blocking the entrance. In short, very expensive for what the rooms offer. The service could be much better, though it wasn't bad.

The location is super convenient, and they give you vouchers for several restaurants. You can use them as many times as you like, which makes eating out much more enjoyable. The facilities were spotless, the Wi-Fi signal was excellent, and the pool was fantastic. Everyone was incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful. It was a wonderful vacation, and I'll definitely come back 🥰.

The three-person room is too small, so I’d say the room is best suited for two. What stood out in a good way was the delicious breakfast, the spacious front yard, and the air conditioning. The outdoor pool is heated, and the staff were amazing, with outstanding service and great cleanliness.

The pool is heated in winter, and the service and cleanliness were excellent. The place is just steps from the pedestrian area and a few blocks from the waterfront. Some rooms have been renovated and others haven't, but all of them are comfortable.
