Awful!

Just average.

Terrible, terrible, terrible.

The pools were the one good part. Both the heated pool and the Olympic-size one were clean, and we were able to use them. The apartment had a spacious bathroom and new air conditioning. The kitchen counter was clean, but the oven was so dirty I wouldn’t have used it. The refrigerator was clean inside, but filthy on top, so I cleaned it myself. There was no closet door. The table was tiny and came with only three chairs for the four of us. The pillows were extremely thin and visibly dirty, and one had no pillowcase, just exposed fibers. We had to ask for towels or we wouldn’t have had any; when they came, they were incredibly thin, like they’d been around for years. I paid for a separate quadruple room with air conditioning and half-board. At arrival, the receptionist said the apartment was just around the corner, but didn’t explain that a hallway inside the hotel, near the pools, connects to the apartments. We only learned that from the maid. We were also charged for uncovered parking, even though it was the only way into the apartment. I thought that was ridiculous. Half-board was a disaster. One glass was dirty when they set the table. When we asked for a clean one, the woman came over and the waiter sarcastically said, “Here we go again.” He only had to swap the glass. I didn’t say anything because we were on vacation and I didn’t want a bad experience, but they should find another line of work if they don’t enjoy it. They served the food without even a piece of bread and never offered us any. The first day’s gnocchi were disgusting and tasted stale. The noodles were somewhat acceptable because they had ham and spring onions. On the following days, my son’s breaded cutlet and mashed potatoes came with the meat raw, and the chicken and fries were cold. Honestly, hospital food tastes better. Don’t pay extra for half-board, it’s NOT WORTH IT. Breakfast was plentiful when I was there, but the plastic spoons were unpleasant, and people scooped sugar from jars, making a disgusting mess. I brought my own sugar and spoons. On the last day I saw them fill the coffee dispenser with a white bucket. I was far away, but could see how dirty it was, which horrified me. Most of the cups were dirty too, so you had to check them. Dulce de leche, butter, jam, and cheese were served in separate glass bowls, but there were no spoons or spreaders, so everything got mixed together. They should serve those items themselves or offer another solution. We paid for internet access, but had no Wi-Fi at all during our six nights. I wouldn’t go back or recommend it. Thank goodness we stayed in an apartment, because I know the rooms were worse and completely unmaintained. I regret spending over a million when I could have gone somewhere much better and cleaner. I didn’t read the reviews this time, though I always check before renting, and now I see why they matter. It was nothing like the website photos, nothing like a resort, and not a three-star property. This was the first time this had happened to me. READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU GO. I went in February 2026.
