Cabañas Las Tuscas

The person in charge sent me to the owner for the Wi-Fi password, so I messaged her on WhatsApp and never got a reply. I also sent photos of the cabin's condition because she said she didn't know about it. When I explained how disappointed we were by the difference between the advertised photos and reality, she said that at that price we shouldn't expect more than the simplicity we got. I told him simplicity doesn't mean worn out, broken, dirty, or in poor condition. The cabin was extremely run-down and looked as if it hadn't been cleaned. The sheets were stained and badly washed, the towels were in awful shape and smelled terrible, the shower knobs were broken, and the drain was full of mold. Terrible service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!

Mari, who works there, was wonderful and available all day. The cabins were spotless, and the view was beautiful. Excellent service. I'll definitely come back, thank you.

We paid half the cost to reserve, but when we got there nobody showed up. Calls and messages went unanswered. A complete rip-off, absolutely terrible.

Awful shacks. I've seen better accommodation in the favelas. 😠
