Hotel Calido Termal

The room was beautiful, and the bathroom was spectacular, with a huge jacuzzi. There’s also a lovely pool. It’s a comfortable hotel, great for a romantic night with your partner. Breakfast had plenty to choose from and was very affordable. We’ll be back soon.

The room was lovely and comfortable, and everything else was very clean and quiet. The morning spa shift was excellent and welcoming, though the bar and spa administrative staff, especially in the afternoon, seemed uninterested in helping guests. The in-room refreshments weren’t cooling properly, so I’d suggest they check those.

We took advantage of the massages, with prices depending on the treatment, and the sauna was included in the rate. The staff were all very friendly. The evening shows were a nice extra, and meals, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, were included with several options. Private parking beside the hotel costs extra. A group of friends and I went in February for a birthday and really liked Hotel Cálido. Our spacious, modern room had a minibar and jacuzzi, and the internet, TV, and air conditioning all worked perfectly. The location is convenient, with the city center within walking distance. Construction wasn’t noticeable, though we could see from our room that the pool area was being expanded. We did aqua aerobics, but the sound wasn’t very clear. We’d definitely return.

The hotel itself is comfortable and clean, with a spacious dining room and a new spa. The place is beautiful, which is why we tried to make the most of our friend’s birthday visit, but the service made it exhausting. We had to find the women in the courtyard and knock on the window to get their attention. At the spa, the attendant kept everyone waiting for 40 minutes. When she came back, she didn’t even greet us and was very rude. The manager, a blonde, and the older woman with glasses in the kitchen seemed completely apathetic. They wouldn’t answer a good morning, and sometimes I was left talking without even being looked at. It’s a shame a hotel of this caliber has staff who seem so unconcerned with service.
