The whole place was spotless and so comfortable, and the staff were kind and dedicated. I'm especially grateful to Enzo and Nahuel, though I don't know everyone's names. A truly exceptional five-star stay. Until next time!

The staff really tried to give excellent service, but the place itself was a disaster. We had no hot water for showers on the first day, even after letting it run and waiting for it to warm up. Then an event on the second day left them short-staffed, and dinner took almost two and a half hours. It was half board, and if you stayed a week you'd be eating the same thing all week. The spa didn't offer much relaxation either: while guests in swimsuits were trying to unwind, maintenance staff suddenly showed up to grout the floor. The relaxation room faces the street, so you hear people talking and shouting outside, plus cars and motorcycles passing. There was also a toilet with no water, and the air conditioning in our room didn't work, so they had to move us. I never complain, but I can't let this one go. What we came for was nowhere to be found, and I could go on about the awful weekend we had. This is a short dolphin summary of the week we spent.

The beds were very comfortable, the room spacious, and the hotel very clean. The restaurant's food was delicious, though it could offer more dishes since the menu gets repetitive after a few days. Breakfast needs natural orange juice, the concentrated kind is awful. The spa circuit was very good, with excellent service in the tower across the street, though you do have to cross the road to get there. The pool is very small, covered but not enclosed. Reception could use more staff, especially at busy check-in times. Children shout a lot in the foosball area, and the pool music doesn't suit a spa. The TV isn't a Smart TV.

The pool area has been renovated with good taste, and the rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated. The bed was good, everything was clean, and there was a minibar in the room. The food was delicious too. A good hotel, close to the city center.
