We stayed over New Year's Eve and hadn't realized that everything would be closed. Alejandro heard we planned to have the snacks we'd brought for dinner and insisted on cooking us a meal, so we could enjoy our last meal of 2024. His kindness and generosity went above and beyond, and we really noticed it.

We were visiting our daughter, and the personalized service went above and beyond. The hotel is a beautiful historic Villa, with a grand piano and lovely river views. The rooms are spacious, and the bedding was very comfortable. They brought us what we asked for at breakfast and met every expectation. We loved the neighborhood in Tigre. It felt safe to walk to restaurants and along the riverfront, and we enjoyed seeing families out in the parks during the day and evenings. Museums and shops are nearby too. It was a lovely experience and a lovely memory. Thank you.

The place is charming, and it might be better for just having a drink. We came for lunch, though, and the service wasn't good. The food we wanted wasn't available, and we only found out after ordering from the menu. Disappointing!
