The place was clean and very nice, and the owners were friendly, though they felt a little distant to me. The bathroom is out in the patio, which isn't great when the night gets chilly. Breakfast isn't included, even though the price is about the same as most northern hostels. They do offer tea or coffee.

The room was freezing, with just a small heater, and there was dirt on the floor, dirty sheets, and spiders under the bed. A nearby club played loud music that made it hard to rest. The owners treated us badly and were rude. After I left, they called and insulted me.

The place looks very nice, but the owners really need to work on being friendly and treating customers well. I should have read the Booking.com reviews first, since several people had already warned about how guests are treated. If you want to avoid a bad experience, stay somewhere else.

The mattresses were awful, and I was disappointed after arriving with high expectations. The room itself was clean, but the cost felt high for what was offered. Bathrooms are shared in the courtyard, which is inconvenient if you need a shower or have to get up in the night, and there's no breakfast. You agree to the terms and pay half the total upfront as a deposit. We were greeted warmly at first, but the customer service lacked tact. Jujuy is beautiful, but staying here was a mistake.
