I'd call it a 2½. The rooms are huge, though a bit tatty, and the sheets and mattress are good. Breakfast starts at 7am, and there's private parking.

This was my second stay, in January 2026, and I'd happily come back when I'm in Trelew again. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped, and the location is excellent. There's a secure garage, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the value for money is excellent. Breakfast is highly recommended, and you can order lunch and dinner at the hotel too.

We had a great time here. The rooms are spacious, with a roomy bathroom and a good shower; the sheets were clean and there were plenty of towels. Breakfast was simple but enough, and the service is very good for the price. The hotel is old and needs some maintenance, but it's comfortable and we'd definitely return.

My father paid for two rooms for our family, and the hotel was spacious and very reasonably priced. We got full breakfasts, and they let you know when food arrives from Rappi or similar services. There's internet, television, air conditioning, and the bathrooms are nice. The bathtub pressure is really strong, though, so it's hard to find a comfortable temperature without getting burned. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent service. The photo was taken the next morning, before checkout.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were attentive, the rooms clean, and the location was great. We had to leave a day early because of unforeseen circumstances, and they were accommodating and refunded part of what we'd paid. Lovely hotel, highly recommend it ♡
