The cake I bought had mold on it by the time the birthday came around. I went back this morning, and the woman working there agreed it was mold. They don’t give receipts, so the 35,000 I paid is worthless. They sell old things, and any other store would refund the money, especially given the cake’s condition. All I got was, “I can exchange the cake, but ma’am, the birthday was last night!” That was very unprofessional. I’m attaching a photo so people can see what they’re selling. Look at the first photo and tell me that isn’t mold. It is mold, ma’am! It’s deplorable to sell spoiled merchandise and not give receipts. I’ll file a complaint with the appropriate authorities. It’s a disgrace for a business owner who’s been around for 40 years, and from the comments, I’m not the only one who’s bought old merchandise.
