Breakfast was very simple, just tea or coffee and a small bite, which makes sense for a one-star place. We liked having a balcony and a pretty view over the pedestrian area and part of downtown, and the location is hard to beat, with Casa Histórica de Tucumán only steps away. The receptionist was really kind and helpful. Still, the room wasn't clean when we arrived: the nightstand was dusty, the floor needed attention, and there weren't any towels, soap, or toilet paper. We had to go buy those ourselves. Because of that, we chose not to stay beyond one night. It's affordable and could work for a short visit if you're not too particular, but the cleanliness let us down.
