Hotel Metropol

In my opinion, this wasn't worth four stars and cost far too much for what you got. I wouldn't stay there again. The room was clean, but old and heavily worn, and it was very noisy. We shared a door with the neighboring room, so we could hear everything happening there, and they could hear us. The cleaning staff's room was right beside our entrance, so we heard the workers chatting all day. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor and left the whole room wet. Breakfast was nothing special but all right. Check-in was easy, and the staff member was friendly, though the small talk was nothing out of the ordinary. The location is very good, right in the center of SM de Tucumán.

The breakfast buffet was really good, with freshly baked bread, and the staff answered all my questions and helped with everything, also in English. It's centrally located in Tucuman, and there's a nice rooftop terrace overlooking the city. The hotel as a whole felt a bit outdated and could really use some renovation.

There's no small refrigerator in the room, and maintenance is an issue. The cleaning could also be more thorough, for example, the bathroom exhaust fan was full of dust. The location is very good, near plaza de la independencia, with lots of shops and restaurants around.

The rooms are comfortable, the Wi-Fi is good, and breakfast is good too. It's a very nice hotel. It would be amazing if they could arrange airport pickups for guests.
