The apartment was roomy, and the kitchen had plenty of equipment. The instructions for using the appliances were clear, and it was handy to have a little washing-up powder there too. The location is central and convenient for the tourist port. For stays longer than two nights, a couple of spare bin bags would be useful.

The bathroom is huge, but the shower is so cramped that even a smaller person can barely fit. Anyone over six feet or 200 pounds probably won't be able to shower at all. The location is great and the price seemed fair for the size. Before the stay, the contact was warm and quick, and they let us leave our bags for free at a shop a few blocks away, though only during its opening hours. Once we were there, a different person handled things, and the service got much worse. They brushed off our complaint about the blocked shower drain, then scolded us when we brought it up again. We were also told to film the apartment before leaving so they could judge its cleanliness, with an extra charge threatened if it wasn't clean enough. Absolutely ridiculous.

The apartment itself was a 10/10 for comfort, upkeep, space, and equipment. It felt new and well maintained. We stayed in apartment 2D from December 25, 2025, to January 1, 2026. The building has several units owned by the same person and used for short stays. But the listing said there was a washing machine, and there wasn't one. We needed to wash hiking clothes to wear them again, so that really disrupted our plans, a 0/10. The shower was another major letdown. Its opening is narrower than two of my hands, so you have to turn sideways to get in, and it would be especially hard for a bigger person. I'm 1.70 m and 72 kg, and once inside I kept bumping into the walls. The space seemed about 60 x 60 cm. It's baffling because the bathroom is huge and could fit a shower at least twice that size. I've seen motorhomes with more room. In my view, a shower like this shouldn't be in an apartment meant for short stays, and whoever designed it shouldn't be doing this work. The location is about as good as it gets if you want downtown restaurants and shops or the port for boat tours. Everything was easy to reach on foot, a 10/10. The tradeoff is traffic noise from the main avenue, which stayed busy at night. During our packed Christmas and New Year visit, the cars kept me awake, so 0/10 for sleep. It might be different at another time of year, but light sleepers should know about it. There isn't a parking spot with the apartment. After 9:00 pm we could always find a street space right in front, which was a 10/10. Earlier than that it was nearly impossible to park, a 0/10. Ushuaia was likely at one of its busiest times of year during our visit. We had a mix of good and bad experiences with communication. At 11:00 pm on December 25, the hot water wasn't working. I expected no reply, but they answered right away and walked me through adjusting the heater. It worked for a while, though I had to repeat the adjustment every day. They were responsive and helpful then, 10/10. Later I asked about the missing washing machine. My message was seen a minute later, but I got no answer at all, not even to say there wasn't one, 0/10. Despite those fixable problems, the apartment was comfortable and in a great spot, and I do recommend it.

We had a lovely view and felt right at home in this comfortable, cozy, practical place. The heating was easy to regulate, so we were never cold, and the Wi-Fi worked well. It's a block from the waterfront and just steps from the city center, with all the amenities we needed. If you arrive early, they can keep your luggage for free at the Quick and Go supermarket, about four blocks away. Thanks for the kind service and attention. We'll be back!

The apartments felt comfortable and roomy, with a kitchen and washing machine, and arrival and checkout were easy. Aunaisin – Nona Kate is modern, clean, and right in the center of Ushuaia, handy for excursions and sightseeing. The service was friendly too. A great place to stay.
