Both bedrooms had a great view, and the owner welcomed us with lots of care. The apartment was clean, the room was large, the kitchen well equipped, and the beds very comfortable. I strongly recommend it.

Federico and Gustavo handled service and problem-solving perfectly. All the appliances worked properly, the place was clean and spacious, and the mattresses were very good. There was a sofa, two bedrooms, and a bathtub with excellent water pressure. The mountain views from the bedrooms were amazing. A fox appeared at the entrance on our first day, which was incredible. La Anónima is three blocks away, with a corner store one block away. Downtown and the Ushuaia airport are both less than 10 minutes away. Río Pipo Nature Reserve is about six blocks off, and Los Cañones viewpoint, with 360-degree views of the mountains and canal, is three blocks away. The apartment is excellent value for the price, and I'd return without hesitation.

It was 5 degrees Celsius outside, but the heating reached the floors and we were comfortable in T-shirts indoors. The place was impeccable and roomy, with two bathrooms, in an excellent location. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back!

The place was roomy, very nice, and fully equipped with all the amenities. It's a bit far from the center, but I had a rental car, so getting around wasn't a problem.

The apartment was comfortable, excellent, and well equipped. It's on the way to the national park and not too far from downtown. A taxi or Uber gets you there quickly, and the ride isn't expensive.
