The room was very clean, thanks to the cleaning staff, and the mattress and pillows were good. It had a TV, safe, and fridge. The room was a normal size for a three-star hotel, with a spacious bathroom for the room size, but the bathroom had no ventilation or heating. Its window was sealed under a fresh coat of paint, so after using it, you could only air it out through the room window and warm it through the room. When we asked the front desk for a room with bathroom ventilation, they said all the rooms were like that. The hotel is very central, within walking distance of anywhere. Breakfast was basic, with no fruit, but satisfying.

We were so happy with our stay, and the hotel's location was amazing. Room service was great too. A special thanks to Adriana, who found the headset we'd left in the room and kindly handed it to our Uber driver while we were already at the airport. She also explained how to send a postcard.

We ended up checking out a day early and found a place for almost half the cost that was much better quality. The value here was nowhere near the price. The bed was uncomfortable, the shower head was held together with masking tape, breakfast felt obligatory and was poor, and the elevator was broken. The staff were friendly, but seemed fully aware that the hotel was a dump. In three weeks traveling around Argentina, I hadn't written a bad review of a single place in this amazing country. Now I feel I have to.

The location and customer service get one star. MINUS ZERO for everything else. The spring mattress was terrible and old, and breakfast seemed to be a day old. Don't let the appearance fool you. The place is old and not worth the price they ask.

It's an older hotel, and you can tell, but everything is kept in good shape and works perfectly. The shower was good, the location was perfect, and the value for the money was good.
