The room was spacious, with a small but functional kitchen and excellent mountain views. Since there's no front desk, it would've been useful to have suggestions for nearby sights and restaurants. TV instructions would have helped too. I didn't have time to watch, but couldn't figure it out.

The shades let in the early sunlight, so we were woken as soon as the sun came up, around 4-5 am. Worse, the roof leaked, there were rats between the walls, and the power went out from about 3 am until 6 pm. With no heat while we slept in that weather, we were freezing, and we all got sick. I had such a bad allergy that I had to leave the apartment for a hotel. The apartments were unkempt, and I really don't think the sheets were cleaned, much less the covers. The bathtub had red stains that looked like a mix of fungus and who knows what. It was awful.

Coordinating with Gente del Sur was simple and easy. They were clear and attentive all the way through. The location is excellent, and the apartment is comfortably equipped for a family getaway. Highly recommended.

The view is fantastic, and the apartment was clean and well maintained, exactly as shown in the pictures. They paid close attention to our stay, answered all our questions, and offered help. I highly recommend this place.
