Breakfast was included, but the service was poor. With about 40 guests seated, they put out only enough food for 6-7 people at a time, offered very little choice, and were slow to refill things. There was hardly anything to eat. The bed was also too narrow and short to sleep comfortably. I stayed two nights at Hotel Tierra del Fuego, and the tiny elevator was almost impossible to use during the busy morning checkout, so I had to carry my luggage down the stairs. That’s unacceptable for a hotel calling itself 4-star. Expedia’s 2.5-star rating seems much closer to my experience. I’d struggle to give this hotel even one star.

The receptionists were super friendly and open to requests. After a long day of travel, the room was just what I needed. It’s also well placed for walking to the bus stop, local cafes, monuments, and other shops.

We had a big, very quiet room and super beds. Breakfast was one of the best we had in Argentine hotels, and the value for money was very good. There’s no parking, but finding a spot on the same road wasn’t hard. I’d happily come back.

The room was very clean and the staff were wonderful. It was warm when we arrived, and opening the windows was the only way to cool it down, but that did the job.
