We came for our honeymoon, but the service was very poor. There’s no reception, and communicating felt like talking to a robot. We picked this hotel even though it was far away because of the spa room, but it was only available at strange hours. The location is poor and far from everything. When I messaged the host, the reply felt disrespectful, as if he were doing me a favor. There are better hotels and apartments in town with the same facilities and even better prices. I definitely won’t return or recommend it.

A really nice hotel with a lovely view, and a good nightly price. It’s a 14-minute drive to the city center.

Staff were helpful, and it was quiet with a fantastic view. The windows were very dirty, though, and the place is way out at the edge of town with nothing to do nearby. An Uber to the city center cost 11000 pesos. The power went out on our first night, and the WiFi was down another day.

The new condo was clean, with great views and a well-equipped kitchen. The bed was comfortable, and there was underfloor heating. The community also has a sauna and hot tub.

The location worked well for skiing, though it’s a bit out of town for Ushuaia’s center. Management was helpful and took action when some guests were misbehaving. All good.
