The park is beautiful, and the pool and other amenities work really well for a family outing. A great place to relax.

The kitchen was in bad shape and leaking gas, the air conditioning didn't work, and the Wi-Fi never worked either. The pool area was filthy when we arrived. The owner or manager kept saying it would be cleaned, but it never was. The children's play equipment is dangerous, with nails sticking out everywhere. This place is terrible and badly needs maintenance. I'm posting real photos because the ones they send through WhatsApp are from when the complex first opened.

We stayed for a week, and no one offered to clean or change our towels. Breakfast was a joke: stale toast, a muffin, a thermos of hot water, and butter for each of us. The cabins and pool were so dirty that one day we didn't even go in, and the kitchen utensils were poorly maintained. It's a shame the new owners have neglected such a beautiful property. We loved this place, but it's fallen into disrepair.

The problem is that some guests act as if they can do whatever they want and forget others are there to rest. Management needs to remind people to respect the complex. On my last visit, a family had a barbecue and seemed to take over the place, so I couldn't sleep all night. What a shame, since I used to come here pretty often. I don't think I'll return. It's a place for sleeping and resting.
