The pool was clean, comfortable, and beautiful, and the hotel facilities were excellent. We were there for the first few days of January 2026. Breakfast was spectacular, and dinner was amazing for its quality, portions, and variety. The staff were top-notch and always ready to help. We'll be back soon. Regards, Javier.

The game room has consoles, pool, foosball, and ping pong, and the hotel also has a pool and jacuzzi. It's an ideal setup for families with children, and the location was great too. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, varied, and homemade. Nancy, Ana, Sol, and Gisela were so helpful and attentive. Thank you, we have wonderful memories of Carlos Paz.

It felt like being at home. The hotel has all the amenities, and while it's not luxurious, it's clean and well kept. The staff are friendly and very attentive, and the food is really good. I'd definitely recommend it!

The staff are very friendly, and to me they're the best thing about the hotel. The mattresses are excellent, but in the double room the two single bed frames are just pushed together. The sheets keep coming off because they're not fitted, which matters to me. Parking is another problem: there aren't enough spaces for all the guests, so you have to find a spot yourself. Breakfast wasn't what I expected, with packaged juice and pastries that weren't very good. It's far from the center, so having a car lets you get around, but without one the location can be an extra problem.

The whole place was clean and tidy, and the food was excellent quality with generous portions. The staff provided excellent service. I highly recommend it.
