The bed was the only good part. I stayed alone for most of the week, and there were no other guests. My stay was December 29, 2025 to January 6, 2026. They advertise an aparthotel, but I got a 3.5 x 3.5 meter room with only an electric kettle, no glasses, cutlery, or anything else. The pool was always dirty, with algae settled at the bottom. During my week there, I saw it cleaned only once. The Wi-Fi was terrible, the toilet seat was broken, the shower was broken and wobbly, and the air conditioning kept cutting out. The staff were awful, and they didn't clean the room once during the week, even though the rules say you have to let them know if you DON'T want it cleaned. Phone service was bad too: they answer hours or days after you call. A terrible experience. I don't recommend it at all.

The common areas are beautiful and pleasant, and everyone was very friendly. The service was excellent! The rooms, though, were terrible and badly in need of a deep clean and maintenance. There was a strong bleach smell and general grime. The air conditioner front was falling off, the sheets had holes and lots of pilling, and old soap scum was all over the shower. There also weren't any curtains to block the light coming in through the door.

We went for the Cosquín Rock weekend, and the location was ideal for the festival, though it's a bit of a walk to the city center. The service was very good, and breakfast was good too.

The pool is available at a fairly low price, and the breakfast is very complete. Having parking is another plus. The downside is the location: the center and places to eat are about 4 km away, and the rooms are really, really small.

We’re definitely booking El Molino de la Costa again. It’s a peaceful, almost paradisiacal spot away from the city noise, and the personalized service made it a lovely place to relax and spend time together. With its comfort, amenities, and availability, our stay in Villa Carlos Paz was unforgettable. Highly recommend it!
