The photos they publish don’t show the hotel’s actual condition. The bathroom was old-fashioned and dirty, the wardrobe was dirty, the bedroom was lousy, and the swimming pool was small. It’s also far from downtown. Avoid staying here. Even being generous, it deserves just 1 star. I DEFINITELY DON’T RECOMMEND IT!!

The food is very good, and the staff are attentive, but they don’t give senior citizens enough attention and fall short when problems need resolving. Service is generally good. The hotel is beautiful, though it has several structural issues. It’s far from the Carlos Paz metro station, and getting in is difficult because of a steep slope and lots of stairs. There’s no elevator, so it’s not suitable for groups of retirees.

The staff made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Everyone was so helpful, and the service was excellent. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend it.

The view is lovely, but the hotel is really far from everything, right on the main road. Our room on the second floor looked new, though it felt like it hadn't been finished yet: there were no towel racks in the bathroom, hairdryer, safe, or bedside tables. The staff were very friendly, though, which seems to be what they're known for.
