Hotel Florida

The pools were easily the best part, both the outdoor one and the heated one, along with the shared area and its well-spaced loungers and tables. It's a quiet older hotel with thick walls. The location was excellent: four blocks from the pedestrian area, a supermarket next door, and the lake across the street. I never needed to take the car out of the covered parking lot. I had doubts about booking, but the Instagram offer with breakfast and dinner turned out better than expected. Breakfast was very complete and dinner was delicious, though there was only one option. The wine pairing was nice, but not everyone will enjoy the entertainment. The beds had new, very comfortable mattresses. The bedroom was small but had what we needed, though the layout could be better. The air conditioning was a bit noisy. A few things need fixing, including a fan that doesn't work, the remote control batteries, and games in the game room that don't work. Otherwise, things were fine. I'd give it an 8 and would definitely use the promotion again.

The rooms aren't modern, but they were clean, and everything was working even though I visited in the off-season. There's a heated pool, sauna, gym, and massage room. The hotel is well placed near the lake, shops, a shopping mall, and a theater. Reception and housekeeping were both very attentive. Highly recommended, I'll be back.

We had a wonderful few days and will be back. All the staff were so friendly, and the hotel felt welcoming, simple, and clean. The pools are beautiful, and we enjoyed them every day. Breakfast is a basic buffet with tea, yogurt, juice, and pastries, though I'd suggest better quality cold cuts. The location is excellent.

The service was excellent and breakfast very good, which makes the poor upkeep a shame. Only one of the four gym machines works properly, tiles are missing from the large pool, and the room floors and bathrooms weren't clean.
