The main area was okay, and the room had a TV. The location is good, but water kept dripping from the sink and left the bathroom flooded.

The people here made our stay feel like home. My girlfriend and I spent five days at the hotel and were really glad we picked it. From reception and housekeeping to the bartender and kitchen team, everyone was so welcoming. Thanks to all the staff. We'd happily stay here again on our next vacation!

We left with no complaints and were very happy with the room, how clean it was, and the heated pool, which came in handy on a cold day. Alejandro and the rest of the staff were especially warm and attentive. The service and location were excellent. Highly recommended.

The mountain view was incredible, and we were more than happy with our choice as our last day in Villa Carlos Paz came around. It's an affordable, pleasant place close to everything: the pedestrian area, Cuckoo Clock, supermarkets, kiosks, a grill across the street, and a craft beer shop next door. The breakfast was excellent, and my friend with celiac disease had plenty of food suited to her needs. Our room was comfortable, and the heated pool and grill were a real treat. It's a family-run hotel that makes you feel at home, with a really friendly staff. Alejandro and the whole team were always ready to help. If we get the chance, we'd choose Hotel Temu again next year.
