Just awful. The place was dated and not clean at all, the worst hotel I've stayed in.

The breakfast spread was very good, and the pillows and bed were comfortable. Service was excellent too. My room, though, had a few problems: cracked floor tiles, a safe that felt basic, and a shower curtain that didn't cover the whole shower, leaving the floor wet. The bidet and sink drains were clogged, and one bedside lamp flickered because its switch was faulty.

The hotel is in a convenient spot, close to everything, and the rooms are comfortable. Service was excellent and breakfast was good. Both pools, the outdoor one and the heated indoor one, need cleaning and maintenance, especially the water. With better care, it'd be a lovely place to enjoy.

The heated pool lounge has a beautiful view, and the hotel is only two blocks from the bus terminal. Service was good, with daily room cleaning and fresh towels, but our room looked like it was from the 1980s. Some areas need more maintenance and attention to detail, and the windows weren't clean. Breakfast bills weren't substantial.

The terrace has two covered patios and a lovely place to get away from the peak-season crowds. The dining area and view are great, and the breakfast buffet was excellent, though it could offer more than flour-based options. Rooms are small but comfortable, and the hotel has been recently renovated. There weren't enough outlets, and the air conditioning wasn't working, so we couldn't adjust the heating. Service and cleanliness were very good, and the location and value were good too.
