The place looks really nice, which makes the poor service such a shame. Only our bedroom had heating, while the rest of the cabin was cold. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, and it felt unsafe because the gate to the cabins was always open and anyone could come in. We were told linens and towels would be provided, but during our seven-day stay they never changed the sheets. It’s a very attractive place, but the service was terrible.

The cabin’s facilities were very good, though it needs some maintenance. I liked having the balcony for time outdoors, but the furniture, including the plastic chairs, was badly neglected. The resort is in an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway.

My wife and I ended up cleaning the bathroom, kitchen, and windows ourselves because the cabin was so dirty. The master bedroom smelled like cigarettes. There was mold and hair in the tub, especially around the unclean shower, and my wife had to clean it after the manager, Graciela, insisted she thought the cabin was clean. The shelves, glasses, and cups in the kitchen had cobwebs and dead cockroaches on them, so we cleaned those too. The windows and doors were filthy, and I cleaned them myself. We were disgusted enough to tell Graciela how dirty everything was, but she just repeated that, in her opinion, the place was clean. The only thing she did was spray some aerosol air freshener to cover the cigarette smell. I’d never go back.

The river is just a few meters away, and there’s plenty of nature around. The cabins are comfortable and have lovely views, and the pools were spotless. Beautiful place, with excellent service!
