Patricia was very helpful and did her best to sort things out, which I appreciated. But the stay was a bad experience. There’s no Wi-Fi, and the data signal is very weak. There wasn’t a TV or air conditioning in the room either. The beds weren’t doubles, just two single beds pushed together, and they separated within minutes of lying down.
Great facilities for relaxing, and the place is spectacular. Enjoy the pool and it’s perfect for having a barbecue.
The manager, Patricia, is very friendly and helpful, but the complex needs maintenance. The pool feels too small for the number of units, and you can hear neighbors upstairs and next door. Internet is terrible, and the cell signal is very poor, with no good 3G or 4G reception. There are cracks and cobwebs, and the water heater makes a loud popping sound when it starts. There’s just one very small TV. The pool table is gone and has been covered by a ping-pong table.
The apartments are simple and spacious, and the place itself is large and lovely. The hostess gives excellent service, always ready to help guests with respect and kindness. Highly recommended.
We had an amazing few days with the family and would definitely choose this place again. We were grateful for Patricia’s help on-site and Carlos’s support over the phone. They always answered all our questions. Highly recommended!
