Everything is excellent. I just wish the rooms had balconies so I could enjoy Merlo’s perfect weather.

The spa service was great, and Julieta at reception was awesome. The food was the best, and breakfast was high quality with everything we needed and more. The place was spotlessly clean. The staff went out of their way to make our stay the best it could be. We’re definitely looking forward to another trip to Argentina and Merlo.

I especially loved having the heated indoor and outdoor pools to myself. I visited in low season, when there were very few guests, but every service was still fully available. It’s a beautiful hotel with thoughtful design and a staff that’s warm and respectful.

I really like coming to this hotel. The service is good and the location is excellent, though the swimming pools could use more upkeep. Breakfast is good too, but the waitresses with glasses are a little slow. No complaints otherwise.

There’s a good restaurant and bar here, along with different things to do. You can use the spa or gym, or hang out in the kids’ room and play PlayStation. It’s a very good hotel.
